'Starsky & Hutch'
In the 'Starsky & Hutch' movie, Pramod Kumar plays a heavily accented, pidgin English-speaking, Indian shopkeeper who kisses the hand of the local thug / shakedown artist (Snoop Dogg). 'Begone, little Indian man,' Snoop chuckles before sending him away.
The new political correctness is to load a film with ethnic stereotypes (Vince Vaughn's Jew, Snoop Dogg's pimp) so you can't be accused of singling anyone out. Still buffoons, freaks, troublemakers, idiots, and virgins are we.
